When applying for Kontour by K, we collect the details you submit: full name, contact email, phone number, physical measurements, fitness background, dietary preferences, cycle context, and self-reported health history. During your active 12-week journey, we also securely document check-in photos, biofeedback, and metric adjustments.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is strictly utilized to evaluate your cohort application, formulate customized training and nutrition protocols tailored to the female physique, monitor week-over-week physique evolution, and maintain direct coaching communication.
3. Confidentiality & Third Parties
Kontour by K maintains client confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data. Data is shared exclusively with necessary operational infrastructure (such as secure client portals, CRM services, and encrypted payment processors).
4. Client Media & Photos
Progress photos and transformation results are strictly confidential and will never be shared, published, or utilized on social media or marketing channels without your prior written consent.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your coaching records for the duration of your active program and a reasonable archival window to facilitate subsequent coaching cycles. You may request data deletion at any time.
